Personal data processing policy

Updated · Oct 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other applicable regulations.

Data controller

The controller is the company named in the footer of this site. For any matter related to your data you can write to the contact email published on the Contact page.

Data we collect

  • Data you give us in the contact form: name, email, phone, company and the description of your project.
  • Your email, if you subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Minimal technical data to protect the forms (IP address and Cloudflare Turnstile's anti-bot check).

We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising. Visits are counted per page and per day, without identifying anyone.

Purposes

  • Answer your request and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Send you the newsletter, if you asked for it (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Protect the site against abuse and fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

As the data subject you can access, update, correct and delete your data, revoke your consent and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. To exercise them, write to the contact email; we answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days.

Security and retention

We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control with two-step verification, audit logging and encrypted backups. We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Providers

To run the site we use hosting, email and anti-bot verification (Cloudflare) providers. They only receive the data strictly necessary to provide their service.

Changes to this policy

We'll publish any change here, with its update date.
